Arrival

Please remove footwear in front lobby to help maintain the cleanliness of our space, then proceed to front desk to check in.

Cellphones and Personal Belongings

We want your experience at The Bright Side to be all about you and free from distractions.  We do not allow cellphones in the hot room, please leave them in the changeroom or at the front desk.  If you are wearing a smart watch please ensure notifications are silenced.  All personal belongings should be kept in the change rooms and not brought in to the hot room.

Hot Room

​

For yoga classes, hot room is a silent space for practitioners.  While we encourage community building and making new friends, we want conversations to be limited to the lobby and common spaces.   Please also be mindful when entering and exiting the hot room to do so quietly so as not to disturb other members. 

​

 

Late Arrival

​

Once a class has started entry to the hot room is not permitted.  We want to respect our teachers and students who have already begun their practice.
